TERMS OF SERVICE

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

PAYMENT

-GBP PAYPAL UPFRONT OR HALF BEFORE COMMISSION-NO REFUNDS ONCE PAYMENT IS RECIEVED.-I MAY DECLINE/CANCEL A COMMISSION IF I DEEM IT INAPPROPRIATE OR OUT OF MY SKILL LEVEL.-NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE!! NO MAKING PROFIT FROM COMMISSION(S). PERSONAL USE ONLY.

ARTWORK

-My watermark will not be removed-Custom requests are welcome with visual references e.g poses, expressions etc (NOT DESIGNS).-Commissioner can NOT claim the commissioned artwork as their own.-Commissioner is allowed to use commissioned artwork as profile pictures or banners as long as no profit/ revenue is being made from it (personal use only).-I, the artist, can include the commission in my portfolio.

PROCESS

-Please provide as much reference sheets of your character as possible! Visual references are most ideal and are key to receiving the best out of your commission.-I'll begin progress on your comm once payment is received.-I will not be designing any custom characters.-I will send you several WIPs (Work In Progress) throughout the process. You may also request updates at any stage and I'll get back to you asap.-If there are any delays, I will inform you.-When the sketch/lineart has been presented and approved, we can move onto the next stages.
From that point onwards, I will not be making any more revisions.-Completed commission will be sent to you through email to ensure it remains in high quality.

REVISIONS-Limited to 2 major adjustments/structural revisions (e.g change to different pose/ character/ outfit).-I will be charging extra for any major revisions which exceed the limit. These'll depend on the amount you desire to be adjusted.-After sketch/lineart is presented and approved, I will not be making any more revisions.
